As active Truxor operators ourselves, we understand the importance of regular servicing and preventative maintenance. Routine servicing helps maximise reliability, reduce downtime, and extend the working life of your machine. We recommend servicing every 500 operating hours or at least once a year.
Our experienced engineers provide nationwide on-site servicing across the UK. We work around your schedule, travelling to your location so your machine can be inspected, serviced, and returned to work with minimal disruption.
We replace the engine oil along with all engine and hydraulic filters to ensure the machine continues to operate efficiently and reliably.
Chains, belts, and rubber tracks are inspected and adjusted back to the manufacturer's recommended specifications for optimum performance.
All wearable components, hoses, and key systems are thoroughly inspected to identify any signs of wear before they become larger issues.
Following the service, you'll receive a detailed report outlining all work completed together with recommendations to help maximise reliability and extend the life of your Truxor.
